Mysticism Changed?
I looked at the page for Dervishes on the Pre-order CD.
This was the description I got
Mysticism (Primary): For each rank of Mysticism, the gods bless the dervish with health and energy.
Is this old news?
Since I remember Mysticism granted HP and Energy when an enchantment ended during the PvP Event(Thus leading to MASSIVE abuse by D/Mo...)

Even if they changed the description it doesn't really surprise me. There's also mistakes ANET makes,... well because everyone makes mistakes. They probably lessen the health and energy gain imo.. which im hoping they did

Is that the exact line, cause it doesnt make any sense if it is.
Bless with health and energy.HOW much health and energy?WHEN do the gods bless with these gifts?
I dont want to doubt you, but it either is your lieying and just trying to get attention, or wherever you read this just put the description in their own words.

You think it's just the same as before and they just REALLY minced the wording up? =/

It could be they simply aren't 100% sure of how much energy and health they want to give, so they aren't saying anything. If they put specific number in there now, then changed them before release, imagine how many people would complain about it.

I think they are thinking of changing it to your max health and energy is increased by ? for every level or something, but they just aren't sure, so they want to be as vague as possible, while still sorta telling us. But then again ele has energy storage....hmmm...

No i didnt think it was same as before, i do/did believe they changed it, the wording they used just doesnt make sense.
Ok so i can believe that it will be added to their max hp/energy,or after each skill used, or something, but what you guiys said i think is what is goign on, they want to do what is said in the description, they just dont know when/how to make it happen.
BTW i dont think adding it to max would be a good idea :| like GC187 said ele already has ES,and the amount of hp added to max would really have to be thought about i mean dervish with 800 hp always O_o goodbye spike
Edit: wait wait wait, look at the other features in the pic, reading that makes me think the description of mystiscism ( omg what a hard word) is just a shortend version of the real description. So it tells you what it does, if you want to know more about it Buy/Play the game :P

yeah, the packaging and stuff had to be finished before the game came out... this way on release day, no matter what they decide to do with Mysticism during the next month, the pre-release kit wont be wrong.

If that's true, it means I won't be making a primary Dervish.

Form is not good enough primary Dervish? FYI, Dervish Secondary can't use the Elite form.

where did you find this informaition?
It really would be terrible because you have the chance to gain 160 health and 16 extra energy with no way of gaining it back. Simply would make it not worthwhile really.

Seems the description Lightblade has put up is what was used during the pvp weekend, except he has the maximums in the wrong place.

not really since you gained a max of 36 health and 8 energy when an enchant ended on you in the pvp event

Gaining maximum health is skills like Vital Blessing.
During the PvP weekend you gained health to a maximum of whatever your mysticism rank was.
This is why I suggest that Lightblade is actually referring to the pvp description with the "maximum"s in the wrong place.

I doubt that... why would anyone make an ele then? With 160 max energy you could do almost anyting. +10 health and +1 energy sounds just right to me and pretty cool.

*sigh* Once again you miss the point.
Read the "original" description from the beta weekend. It was 3 health and 1 energy for x ranks.
"Maximum health" which lightblade has in his description, refers to the MAXIMUM health you have at 100% health. This is stupid. Why would an attribute give you this? Eles get ES, so why would another class get health AND energy bonus from it? Those who played Dervish on the pvp weekend know that they don't really need it, especially with their god forms.
So I'm suggesting that semantically, lightblade has the key word of "maximum" in the wrong place. If it read for a maximum of x health and x energy, then the description would be effectively the same as the "original/pvp weekend" description.
